プライバシーポリシー
本ポリシーは、Yusuke Teranishi（本アプリの開発・運営者）が提供するiPhoneアプリ「ふきだし動画」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを説明します。
1. 開発者が収集するデータ
本アプリ自体は、ユーザーのデータを開発者へ収集・送信しません。 アカウント登録、広告、行動解析、外部解析SDKはありません。ユーザーが任意でサポートへ投稿した情報は、本アプリ外の問い合わせ情報として第7項のとおり取り扱います。
2. 端末内で扱うデータ
本アプリは、ユーザーが選択または撮影した動画、動画内の音声、生成した文字起こし、吹き出し・字幕・人物追従・書き出し設定を、機能提供のためiPhone上で処理します。これらを開発者のサーバーや外部の文字起こしサービスへ送信しません。
編集中のプロジェクトは本アプリのローカル領域へ保存されます。ユーザーが明示的に保存した完成動画だけが写真ライブラリへ追加されます。
3. 使用する権限
- カメラ・マイク：アプリ内で会話入り動画を撮影するため。
- 音声認識：動画の会話を端末上で文字起こしするため。
- 写真への追加：完成した動画を、ユーザーの操作で写真ライブラリへ保存するため。
- 動画の選択：iOSのシステムピッカーを通じ、ユーザーが選んだ動画だけを読み込むため。
初回の文字起こし時などに、iOSが端末内処理用の言語アセットをAppleから準備する場合があります。この際も、本アプリが動画・音声・文字起こしを開発者へ送信することはありません。
権限はiPhoneの「設定」からいつでも変更または取り消せます。取り消すと、その権限を必要とする機能は利用できなくなりますが、既存のローカルプロジェクトは自動では削除されません。
4. アプリ内購入
PROの購入と復元はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。本アプリはAppleが検証した購入状態のみを参照し、氏名、支払カード情報、Apple Accountの認証情報を取得しません。Appleによる情報の取扱いは、Appleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. iCloud、端末バックアップ、写真同期
本アプリ独自のクラウド同期機能はありません。ただし、ユーザーがiCloudバックアップ、iCloud写真、またはAppleのその他のバックアップ・同期機能を有効にしている場合、iOSの設定に基づき、アプリデータや写真へ保存した完成動画がAppleのサービスへバックアップまたは同期される場合があります。iCloud上の動画を選択した場合は、写真アプリがその動画を端末へダウンロードすることもあります。これらは本アプリの開発者が行うアップロードではなく、AppleのOS機能です。
6. 保存期間と削除
プロジェクトは、ユーザーが本アプリ内で削除するまで端末内に残ります。本アプリを削除すると、本アプリのローカル領域にあるプロジェクトもiOSによって削除されます。写真ライブラリへ保存した完成動画は、本アプリを削除しても残るため、写真アプリから削除してください。読み込んだ元動画を本アプリが削除することはありません。
7. サポート利用時の情報
GitHub Issuesから問い合わせると、GitHubユーザー名、投稿本文、投稿日時、添付ファイルなどが公開され、GitHubと開発者が閲覧できます。これらは問い合わせへの回答とアプリ改善にだけ使用します。投稿者は投稿を編集または閉じられます。削除が必要な場合は、個人情報を再投稿せず、対象のIssue上で削除を依頼してください。GitHub上の保存・バックアップ期間はGitHubの方針に従います。詳しくはGitHub General Privacy Statementをご確認ください。
8. 第三者提供・追跡
開発者は、本アプリ内の動画、音声、文字起こし、編集内容を第三者へ販売・共有せず、広告目的の追跡や端末をまたぐ追跡を行いません。Appleの購入・OS機能およびユーザーが任意で利用するGitHubサポートは、それぞれAppleとGitHubの方針に基づき処理されます。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
機能や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更は、このページの更新日を変更してお知らせします。
10. お問い合わせ
本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、サポートページからご連絡ください。公開の問い合わせには、個人の動画・音声・文字起こし・購入情報を添付しないでください。
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the iPhone app Speech Bubble Video (the “App”), developed and operated by Yusuke Teranishi, handles information.
1. Data collected by the developer
The App itself does not collect or send user data to the developer. The App has no accounts, advertising, behavioral analytics, or third-party analytics SDKs. Information you voluntarily post to support is handled outside the App as described in section 7.
2. Data processed on your device
The App processes videos you select or record, their audio, generated transcripts, speech bubbles, subtitles, person-tracking data, and export settings on your iPhone to provide its features. This content is not sent to the developer's servers or to an external transcription service.
Editing projects are stored in the App's local container. Only a finished video that you explicitly save is added to Photos.
3. Permissions
- Camera and microphone: to record a video containing dialogue.
- Speech recognition: to transcribe dialogue on the device.
- Add to Photos: to save a finished video when you request it.
- Video selection: to access only the video you choose through Apple's system picker.
iOS may prepare language assets from Apple for on-device processing, particularly on first use. The App still does not send your video, audio, or transcript to the developer.
You can change or revoke permissions at any time in iPhone Settings. Revoking a permission disables the feature that requires it but does not automatically delete existing local projects.
4. In-App Purchases
PRO purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The App reads only Apple-verified entitlement status and does not receive your name, payment-card details, or Apple Account credentials. See Apple's Privacy Policy for Apple's practices.
5. iCloud, device backup, and photo syncing
The App does not provide its own cloud sync. If you enable iCloud Backup, iCloud Photos, or another Apple backup or synchronization feature, iOS may back up or sync App data or finished videos saved to Photos. Photos may also download a selected video from iCloud to your device. These are Apple OS features controlled by your settings, not uploads performed by the App developer.
6. Retention and deletion
Projects remain on your device until you delete them in the App. Deleting the App removes projects in its local container. Videos already saved to Photos remain until you delete them in Photos. The App never deletes your original imported video.
7. Information provided for support
If you contact support through GitHub Issues, your GitHub username, post, posting time, and attachments become public and can be viewed by GitHub and the developer. This information is used only to respond and improve the App. You can edit or close your post. If removal is needed, request it on the relevant issue without reposting personal information. GitHub's retention and backups follow its policies. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
8. Sharing and tracking
The developer does not sell or share videos, audio, transcripts, or edits from the App and does not track users for advertising or across apps and websites. Apple's purchase and OS features, and support you voluntarily use through GitHub, are processed under Apple and GitHub policies.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the App or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by the date on this page.
